LexReady Practice Intensives

LexReady Practice Intensives

Practical legal training built around real-file workflow.

LexReady Practice Intensives are focused, small-group programs designed around how legal files are opened, managed, and moved forward in practice.

This is not theoretical training. Each session reflects how legal work is actually performed within a law firm environment.

Structured. Practical. Built around real legal workflow.

Program Structure

The Structure

Each Intensive is delivered through focused small-group sessions designed around real legal workflow and practical execution.

Participants work through real-file scenarios, developing the ability to:

  • understand how a matter begins and progresses
  • translate client instructions into structured legal action
  • manage timelines, filings, and expectations
  • think critically within a file

This program is designed as an immediate entry point into practice for those who have academic knowledge but limited exposure to how legal work is carried out day-to-day.

Participants will work through how lawyers maintain direction within a file, respond strategically to developments, and move matters toward resolution with structure and professional judgment.
